The ideal place to go in a truck...NYC!

Cheapest bridge to get on Long Island in a truck, Throgs Neck Bridge.

I knew something wasn't right when everything was going smooth until the dump truck in front of me decided to park on the sidewalk for a good reason....
Hello New York, please to meet ya!

Got some pizza delivered to my truck:)
You're in NY, Who wouldn't!!
Thank goodness the guy asked me "HOW MANY SLICES" I wanted.. It ain't no Alfy's pizza where they'll ask "you wanna medium or a large?"... Each slice is almost as big as my foot! I know what I'm eating for the next few meals now!
It was very very tasty I might say.
Thin crust with layer of mozzarella cheese on the bottom that is as thick as the crust, grilled chicken and red peppers topped with honey mustered.
Not the best area to drive a truck but this made it worth it!!

Stop #1: Kitchen and bath supply wear house in Eau Claire, WI

Got to Eau Claire, WI early this afternoon with no service hours to spare. 70h/8day law just ain't enough.... Only got 5h dropping off at midnight from 8days ago.
Good thing I don't have to be in Helena, MT till Monday so I'll definitely reset my hours in the next few days.

Got to study mtg just out side of Eau Claire. First study mtg on the road for the

longest time. Glad I got to one.

One more thought from the traveling trucker!!!

A car passing you with somebody riding shotgun sleeping....

Bigger and wider the mouth hangs open

Bigger and stronger the urge to blast my air horn

ONE BIG RAIN STORM CAME THROUGH AND KNOCKED OUT THE POWER
KIND OF HARD TO HAVE A BIG MAC COOKED WITHOUT POWER!

ALWAYS WONDERED HOW THEY EVER BUILT

TOMO'S NEW RIDE

PETERBILT 387

On the road again!!

Tomo is now working for a company called Landstar.  His first load was out of Denver, Colorado where he is now driving truck for a man who owns his truck but was in an accident and will be layed up for about 4 months.  Tomo had a load from Denver to Albuquerque, New Mexico.

After a nice dinner with a friend in Albuquerque, New Mexico, Tomo picked up a load of postcards and is heading to Enfield, Connecticut.  First time for him to be driving in the New England States.  This will be a three and a half day trip.  Driving solo, he may drive about 11 hours per day, then stop for the night.

TOMO WILL BE STOPPING ON THE OKLAHOMA~MISSOURI BORDER FOR THE NIGHT  AND THEN DRIVING ON TO (APPROX) DAYTON, OHIO THEN FINISHING IN ENFIELD CONNECTICUT

COMPUTER IS ACTING FUNNY AND WILL LET ME ONLY TYPE IN CAPITALS>  SORRY< I AM NOT SHOUTING AT ANYONE  >|<

NEXT LOAD IS ARRANGED AND LOOKS LIKE TOMO WILL BE PICKING UP A LOAD ON LONG ISLAND NEW YORK AND TAKING IT TO SUMNER WASHINGTON NEXT>
